Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telemarketing Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making calls, explaining our courier and cargo services, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers regularly.
• Explain International Courier, Cargo & Shipment Services.
• Share service rates, quotations, transit time, and other relevant information.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable shipping solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and potential sales.
• Maintain customer records and update lead information.
• Maintain daily calling, lead, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding shipment requirements.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Calling.
• Basic Computer Knowledge is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Excel Sheets for maintaining customer and lead records.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email Communication.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and customer records.
• Knowledge of Courier, Cargo, Logistics, International Shipping, or Shipment Services will be an advantage.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
