Job Description

Call Center Manager (Healthcare)We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a team of 2–3 Telecalling Executives. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, experience in handling patients, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets.


Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Manage and support a team of 2–3 Telecalling Executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calling operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Guide the team in calling patients, explaining treatments and services, and scheduling appointments with partner hospitals.
  • Monitor call quality, team performance, and ensure excellent patient experience.
  • Train, motivate, and coach team members to improve their communication and productivity.
  • Resolve patient complaints and handle escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with hospitals and internal teams to ensure smooth patient follow-up and appointment management.
