Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Process

Location: Nangloi, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Telecaller to join our loan processing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the financial or loan sector. As a Telecaller, your main responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, explaining loan products, guiding them through the application process, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain loan products and services.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Follow up on leads and existing clients to provide updates on loan status.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up actions.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the loan or financial sector.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM management.
