Job Description
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and health concerns.
Explain suitable Ayurvedic products, benefits, usage and pricing clearly.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into confirmed orders.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Maintain proper customer and order details.
Coordinate with verification, logistics and customer-care teams when required.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
