We are looking for a confident Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain our products, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and explain product features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
• Answer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and order updates.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and share daily performance reports.
• Coordinate with the order and support teams for a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; good English preferred.
• Strong listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
• Previous telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience preferred. Confident freshers may also apply.
