Job Overview

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking B2B Telesales Executive with at least 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential business customers, generating sales leads, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into regular customers.

Fluency in Tamil is a key requirement, along with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and electronics repair businesses.
2. Communicate with Tamil-speaking customers to understand their product requirements and generate sales opportunities.
3. Explain PartsBaba's products, pricing, and services to prospective customers.
4. Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to convert prospects into customers.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
6. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable products and quotations.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales follow-ups in the CRM or assigned sheets.
8. Work towards monthly sales targets, lead conversion, and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, inside sales, or telecalling.
2. Fluency in spoken Tamil is essential.
3. Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi are preferred.
4. Experience handling business customers and conducting outbound sales calls.
5. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
6. Comfortable working with sales targets and maintaining customer data.
7. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Preferred Candidate

1. Candidates with experience in electronics, electrical components, spare parts, industrial products, or B2B e-commerce.
2. Individuals who can confidently communicate with Tamil-speaking businesses and convert enquiries into orders.
