Job Description

🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Social Media Chat


📍 Location: Noida, Sector 63

💰 CTC: ₹30,000 per month

💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

🕐 Shift: Rotational


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries received through Social Media Chats & DMs.
  • Respond to customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain response TAT and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines.


Requirements:

✅ Excellent written English communication

✅ Good typing speed

✅ Strong customer-handling skills

✅ Experience in Social Media / Chat / Non-Voice Support preferred

✅ Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
