Job Description – Sales Executive / Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our Ayurvedic wellness products, generating orders, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call customers using company-provided leads and explain products professionally.
2. Understand customer requirements and handle their questions politely.
3. Convert interested leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
4. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the Team Leader.
5. Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and order information in the company system.
6. Follow the company's approved sales script, pricing, offers, and calling process.
7. Coordinate with the delivery team regarding order confirmation and customer availability.
8. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour during working hours.
9. Attend product training, daily meetings, and performance reviews.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality of company leads, customer data, sales scripts, and business information. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or misuse of company data may result in disciplinary action and legal proceedings as permitted by applicable law.

Required Skills:
