# JOB DESCRIPTION – PERSONAL LOAN TELESALES EXECUTIVE

**Experience:** 1–3 Years in Personal Loan/Banking/Tele-sales preferred

# Job Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers for **Personal Loan products**.

* Generate and convert leads through effective telephonic communication.

* Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.

* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper customer records.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation, login and loan processing.

* Achieve assigned **monthly sales, login and disbursement targets**.

* Maintain a strong relationship with customers throughout the loan process.

* Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases and maximize conversions.

# Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

* Basic knowledge of Personal Loans and financial products.

* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain MIS/CRM records.

* Prior experience in **loan telesales, banking, NBFC or financial services** will be preferred.
