Territory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Lead to manage and grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end city operations, P&L ownership, sales growth, and team performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of the city's P&L and business performance.
• Manage day-to-day city operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle vehicle management, driver availability, and fleet utilization.
• Oversee hub management and operational efficiency.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor business performance through reports, MIS, and data analysis.
• Lead, motivate, and manage city-level teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Mobility, Transportation, Taxi, or Logistics operations.
• Strong experience in P&L management and business ownership.
• Good knowledge of vehicle, hub, sales, and team management.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
