In India, we are an authorised top-tier retail partner for Nike, Adidas (including Consortium), Jordan, New Balance, and ASICS, operating across retail stores, e-commerce, and brand activations. We're in an active growth phase, expanding our store footprint and building out our warehouse and tech backbone to match.

Role Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own end-to-end inventory operations for Limited Edt — from goods inward to store dispatch to system accuracy. This role sits at the center of our retail and e-commerce operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, transferred, and tracked accurately across our warehouse, multiple retail stores, and online channel.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Systems

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory across our tech stack — comfortable working daily on Uniware (order/warehouse management), Shopify (e-commerce backend), Shopify POS, and Ginesys/Zwing POS systems
• Own SKU and size-level inventory accuracy for footwear and apparel — sneaker retail runs on precise size-run tracking, and errors here directly hit sales
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Generate and share stock/MIS reports with management on inventory health, aging stock, and fulfillment turnaround

Goods Inward & Outward

• Manage end-to-end inwards — receiving shipments from brand partners and vendors, quality-checking against purchase orders, and processing GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) accurately and on time
• Handle vendor returns (RTVs) and coordinate resolution with brand/vendor teams
• Ensure packaging and handling meet the quality standards expected for premium footwear and brand partner compliance (labeling, QC checks)

Transfers & Store Coordination

• Manage stock transfers between stores and between warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch
• Coordinate closely with store teams to plan stock allocation ahead of launches and drop days, when demand and timing are critical
• Process and dispatch e-commerce orders efficiently, meeting fulfillment SLAs

Team & Operations

• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organisation standards
• Flag process gaps or system issues proactively, and suggest improvements to inventory workflows
• Requirements 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, ideally in fashion, footwear, or D2C/omnichannel retail
• Working knowledge of Uniware, Shopify/Shopify POS, or similar retail/OMS platforms is a strong plus; comfort learning new systems (including Ginesys/Zwing POS) is essential
• Strong attention to detail — comfortable with SKU-level, size-run inventory tracking
• Experience managing GRNs, stock transfers, and cycle counts
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate across multiple stakeholders (stores, vendors, e-commerce)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with peak activity around product launches/drops
• Good to HavePrior experience in a sneaker, streetwear, or premium fashion retail environment
• Familiarity with GST-compliant inward/outward documentation
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for stock reporting
