Job Description
- WOK – CDPHandle Wok section and prepare dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and guide DCDP/Commis staff.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock, wastage, and portion control.
- WOK – DCDPAssist CDP in managing the Wok section.
- Prepare and cook Wok dishes as per SOPs.
- Ensure proper mise en place and timely service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support and guide Commis staff when required.
- Follow portion control and minimize wastage.
- WOK – COMMISAssist in preparation and cooking of Wok dishes.
- Complete mise en place as instructed by seniors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station.
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.
- Support CDP/DCDP during service.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- DIMSUM – CDPManage the Dimsum section and daily preparation.
- Prepare different varieties of Dimsum as per standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Supervise and guide Commis staff.
- Maintain mise en place and timely service.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and proper stock control.
- DIMSUM – COMMISAssist in preparation of Dimsum and related items.
- Prepare mise en place as instructed by CDP.
- Follow recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Support CDP during service.
- Properly handle, store, and maintain ingredients.
