Job Summary

Adstalk Media is looking for a YouTube SEO Expert with strong expertise in growing YouTube channels organically and a solid understanding of Website SEO. The ideal candidate should be experienced in YouTube search optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics while also having hands-on knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and website optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute YouTube SEO strategies to increase video visibility and organic growth.
  • Conduct keyword research for both YouTube and Google Search.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, chapters, playlists, and end screens.
  • Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Watch Time, Audience Retention, and Subscriber Growth.
  • Research trending topics and create SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Monitor YouTube Analytics and generate performance reports.
  • Optimize website articles, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
  • Perform On-Page SEO, basic Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Conduct competitor analysis for both YouTube and website SEO.
  • Work closely with content writers, video editors, and designers to maximize organic reach.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in YouTube SEO Expert.
  • Strong knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Google Trends, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Good knowledge of Website SEO, including On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and basic Off-Page SEO.
  • Experience with WordPress, Rank Math, or Yoast SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Business, Finance, News, or Media websites/channels is preferred.
