Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Manage Sales & Purchase invoices, credit/debit notes and ledger posting.
Maintain Bank transactions, BRS and cash records.
Maintain and reconcile inventory/stock records.
Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory filings/compliances.
Maintain proper accounting documents, vouchers and filing.
Prepare basic MIS, outstanding and accounting reports.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks, auditors and internal departments.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.
Skills: Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory & General Accounting.
