Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally (Prime/ERP)

Prepare and deliver weekly P&L and cash flow reports to management

Own GST compliance end-to-end: monthly returns (GSTR-1, 3B), reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books), annual returns

TDS deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing (24Q/26Q)

Income tax computation, advance tax, and coordination with CA for annual filing

Reconcile cash purchases (raw material bought from open/cash market) against vouchers and ensure GST-compliant invoicing wherever applicable

Maintain Purchase Order cum Bill Register — match POs, GRNs, and vendor bills before payment

Bank reconciliation across multiple accounts

Support raw material costing / BOM-linked stock valuation in coordination with production and store teams

Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor and distributor ledger reconciliation (incl. OEM and distributor accounts)

Payroll-linked statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity provisioning
