Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain loan products and their benefits clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
  • Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Backend team for further processing.
  • Maintain customer details and calling records in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Ensure proper follow-up until login/processing of the case.
