Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases to introduce real estate projects, features, pricing, and offers 
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and identify potential buyers.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team to convert leads into sales 
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture relationships.
  • Update customer information and call records in CRM or other software systems 
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets 
  • Stay updated on market trends, property knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients
