Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Record all financial transactions in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, and Journal entries
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Ensure GST compliance, including:
- Basic preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Reconciliation of purchase and sales data as per GST records
- Perform vendor and customer ledger reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies
- Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes
- Handle basic TDS-related activities, including accounting entries and challan tracking
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and maintain accounting data for management review
- Present financial, accounting, and operational data to management on a day-to-day basis
- Report to and assist the Accounts Officer in routine accounting, compliance, and managerial tasks
- Prepare MIS related to administration and production activities
- Handle in-house accounting requirements and coordinate with production and sales teams for tracking and supporting current orders
- Support inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows
- Willing to travel as required and work in flexible working hours based on business needs
- Demonstrate a strong learning attitude, adaptability, and a positive, future-oriented mindset with a focus on professional growth
