Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, payroll support, and expenditure tracking for our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payments
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills and vouchers
Manage bank reconciliation and cash records
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
Prepare monthly salary/payroll records and coordinate with HR
Monitor business expenses and maintain proper documentation
Assist in preparing monthly profit & loss and other financial reports
Coordinate with CA/auditor for accounting and compliance requirements
Maintain proper records of company documents and financial statements
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work
