Associate Executive - MIS
Job Title: MIS Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze organizational data. The candidate will be responsible for generating reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various business functions.
- Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates in management reports.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Specialization Description
Onsite Technology Support provides in-person assistance to employee end users including:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network
- Diagnosing problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problems
- Acquiring, installing, and upgrading PC components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems
- Training users on use of new technology and software
