Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify new Government/Private tenders from various portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within the given deadline.
- Check tender requirements, eligibility criteria, EMD, fees, and other conditions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Technical, Sales and Management teams for required documents.
- Prepare quotations and other documents as per tender requirements.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and their status.
- Follow up on tender results, LOI/PO and related documentation.
- Handle GeM, CPPP and other tender portals.
- Prepare daily/weekly tender status reports.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted on time.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Basic knowledge of GeM/CPPP Tender Portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
