Job Description

Job Title: Loan Sales Executive / Telecaller/ Backend

Location: Noida Sector 2

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Qualification: Minimum 12th

  • Job Responsibilities:Call potential customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
  • Collect basic documents and assist customers in completing the loan application process.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and internet usage.
  • Ability to handle customer queries over phone.
