Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, online platforms, references, and networking.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Present suitable residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, brokers, and legal/finance professionals when required.
  • Stay updated on property prices, market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a competitive environment.
