Job Description
Clinic Sales Counsellor – Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Shikha Aesthetics is a plastic and cosmetic surgery clinic in Gurgaon led by a qualified plastic surgeon. We are hiring a Clinic Sales Counsellor to own the patient journey from first enquiry to confirmed procedure.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound enquiries from Google, Instagram, WhatsApp and walk-ins; qualify and book consultations
- Sit in on consultations with the surgeon, then explain the recommended procedure, recovery, pricing and payment options to the patient
- Convert consultations into confirmed surgical and non-surgical procedures; follow up patients who need time to decide
- Maintain every lead, note and follow-up in the clinic CRM; report weekly conversion numbers
- Coordinate pre-op and post-op scheduling with the surgeon and clinic staff
- Handle pricing objections and comparisons with other clinics with honesty and confidence
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years as a counsellor in a plastic surgery, hair transplant, dermatology, aesthetics or IVF clinic — surgical experience preferred
- Proven conversion record; comfortable discussing procedures priced in lakhs
- Fluent Hindi and good English; polished, empathetic, discreet
- Comfortable with CRM, WhatsApp Business and basic Excel
- Target-driven but patient-first — we do not push procedures the surgeon hasn't recommended
