Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Promote real estate projects to potential buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert them into prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain customer engagement and improve conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily activity reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Achieve assigned KPIs and contribute to the company's business development goals.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Strong lead-generation and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of Noida market
