Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using fresh customer data provided by the company.
- Make a minimum of 200 calls per day.
- Introduce the company's real estate projects and explain relevant project details.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and purchase interest.
- Generate and qualify genuine leads from the calling database.
- Convince interested customers to schedule and attend site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure maximum site-visit conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, leads, and site visits.
- Update daily calling and lead-generation reports as required.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team regarding scheduled site visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently explain and promote real estate projects.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach toward KPIs.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain calling records.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
