Job Description
* Handle franchise enquiries generated through Meta Ads, the company website, referrals, and other lead sources.
* Qualify leads and understand their investment capability and business objectives.
* Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective franchise partners.
* Present the Cremeborne franchise business model, investment details, ROI, and operational process.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
* Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful franchise closures.
* Coordinate with the Operations, Legal, Finance, and Design teams for seamless franchise onboarding.
* Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.
* Achieve monthly franchise sales targets and contribute towards the company’s expansion goals.
* Participate in franchise exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings whenever required.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Cremeborne brand.
