Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases to introduce real estate projects, features, pricing, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and identify potential buyers.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team to convert leads into sales
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture relationships.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM or other software systems
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Stay updated on market trends, property knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients
