Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to generate leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into site visits and sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up regularly and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and closing team for conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- Lead generation & follow-up
- Customer handling
- Telecalling / Inside Sales experience
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
