Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary: Negotiable
Experience: 6–10 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Head to drive business growth, manage property sales, and handle the sales and business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and lead the sales and business development team.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Drive property sales and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation.
- 6–10 years of experience in real estate sales and business development.
- Strong team handling, leadership, and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
