Job Description

We are seeking a fast, clean, and welcoming Cafe Chef to lead our kitchen and delight our customers. In this role, you will prepare and plate high-quality snacks and beverages items quickly to keep up with busy morning and afternoon rushes. You must maintain an exceptionally organized and sanitary workspace, ensuring strict food safety standards are met at all times. Because our kitchen interacts directly with guests, a warm, pleasing personality and polite communication style are absolute musts. You will actively engage with customers, suggest menu pairings, and confidently cross-sell add-on products like coffees, extra toppings, or fresh pastries. The ideal candidate blends excellent culinary speed with great hospitality skills to enhance the overall guest experience.
