About the role

We help Indian promoters, business owners and channel partners set up and run companies outside India, including but not limited to: company formation, local director and office, direct and indirect taxes. We work through our global business ecosystem. This job opportunity is for our Debt Funding vertical.

We need a hardcore salesperson who can open and close conversations with people who want to expand outside India. Financial products, Law firm services, CA firm etc sales may be the right background, because this sale is also trust, paperwork and a long cycle — not a one-call product. Who you will sell to

Ø Promoters and business owners planning a company, branch or trading desk abroad

Ø Business owners, Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and other CXOs

Ø Chartered Accountants, company secretaries and consultants who can refer clients

Ø Insurance, wealth and financial-distribution partners who already sit with business owners

What you will do

Ø Build a daily pipeline: calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings in Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) and other assigned cities.

Ø Qualify the need and feasibility: Understand the business loan requirements and eligibility of clients for a business loan (using indicators like repayment capability, existing liability, etc.)

Ø Explain our offer in plain language. You will not give legal or tax advice. You will not commit anything on behalf of our partner bank / financial institutions.

Ø Fix meetings, sit in the first meeting, and follow up until the engagement letter is signed, loan is approved, loan is disbursed. and the service fee is received.

Ø Keep a clean tracker: lead source, stage, next action, and reason for loss.

Ø Hit a weekly activity target and a monthly revenue target. Both will be fixed in the offer.

Ø You will get minimal operational assistance, and mostly you will be performing solo.

What we need

Ø 2–3 years of field or inside sales in financial instruments, Commercial Loans with a comprehensive understanding of the financial indicators, credit analysis etc.

Ø Proof of targets met: policies, assets under advisory, or revenue — not only “relationship management”.

Ø Comfort calling promoters and CXOs without a warm intro.

Ø Clear spoken Hindi and English. Written English good enough for a short follow-up mail.

Ø Own laptop and smartphone. Willing to travel in NCR and, when needed, to client cities.

Ø No active non-compete that blocks this work.

Good to have (but not mandatory)

Ø Clients or a CA (Chartered Accountant) network in Noida, Delhi or Gurgaon.

Ø Any exposure to foreign compliances, international business etc.

What this role is not

Ø Not a back-office or documentation role.

Ø Not a fixed-salary desk with no calls.

Ø Not a role where you promise a country, a bank account, a visa or a tax outcome that operations has not confirmed.
