Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our Banking &

Financial Services sales team. The candidate will generate leads, approach potential customers, explain credit

card features and benefits, convert leads into successful applications and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, references, field activities and other sales channels.

• Approach potential customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, offers and other terms clearly.

• Convert prospective customers into successful credit card applications.

• Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and approval.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, applications and conversions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.

• Follow company policies, banking guidelines and compliance requirements.

• Ensure professional customer interaction and avoid any kind of mis-selling.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, Personal Loan, Insurance or

other sales profiles will be an advantage.

• Good Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred.
