CRM Executive – Job Description


Location: Noida (Sector 2)

Company:** Ear Solutions Pvt. Ltd.


Key Responsibilities :

* Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.

* Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

* Follow up with patients for appointments, trials, payments, and feedback.

* Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system.

* Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.

* Coordinate with Audiologists and Centre Managers for smooth patient service.

* Maintain daily call logs and CRM reports.

* Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.


 *Requirements*

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Healthcare.

* Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

* Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
