CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVEProcess: Customer Support – Blended Process
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Location: Noida Sector 63
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
