ob Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, following up with customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.

· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.

· Regularly follow up with customers regarding their queries, applications, and requests.

 · Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues on time.

 · Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

· Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or senior.

· Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements

· BBA / B.Com / MBA (Finance) graduate.

 · Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

· Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team.
