Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via calls to provide information about renewable energy products and services.
- Advise customers on suitable renewable energy solutions based on their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales representative
- Pitch products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support and assistance.
- Transfer calls to team leaders o when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services.
RequirementsExcellent
- communication skills with strong English proficiency and grammar.
- Good listening skills with a patient and customer-friendly approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
