### Job Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
* Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
* Follow the company’s process guidelines and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
