Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including emails, chat and phone calls
  • Assist customers in placing orders , tracking shipment and managing returns and exchange
  • Resolve product or service related issues by addressing customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and providing best solution
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and comments and complains
  • Convert sales leads that come through instagram or any other channels
  • Manage general office administration
