Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain our company's services, generate business leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Explain the company's services, including website development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during conversations.
• Update lead information and follow-up status in the company's CRM or tracking sheet.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation.
