Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation) - Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors Pvt. Ltd. (A&G Realty & Co.)


About us: A&G Realty & Co. is a Noida-based premium real estate advisory firm, working primarily with County Group on projects such as Ivory County (Sector 115) and Krishna Apra One Estate (Sector 62). Our positioning is simple - We advise first. We transact after.


What this role is: This is a pure lead-generation and performance marketing role. It is NOT a content, design or brand-awareness role. Your entire job is to generate qualified enquiries for premium residential inventory priced Rs. 3 crore and above, using Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid digital channels.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  2. 2. Own CPL and cost-per-qualified-lead - optimise creatives, audiences, placements and budgets daily.
  3. 3. Build and test landing pages, lead forms and ad creatives aimed at HNI / premium buyers.
  4. 4. Track every lead source and report campaign performance with clear numbers.
  5. 5. Work closely with the sales team to close the loop on lead quality.
  6. 6. Deliver qualified real estate leads within the first 60 days.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Hands-on experience running lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads. Only social media management or content posting will not qualify.
  2. 2. Preference for candidates who have generated leads for real estate or other high-ticket products (Rs. 50 lakh and above).
  3. 3. Able to speak to real numbers - best CPL, cost per qualified lead, and budget size handled.
  4. 4. 1-3 years in performance / lead-gen marketing.
  5. 5. Graduate, good English, immediate joiner.

Work terms:

Office: 504-505, 5th Floor, Wave Silver Tower, Sector 18, Noida

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Weekly off: Tuesday

Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month (fixed, no variable)

Joining: Immediate joiners only


Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview at our Sector 18, Noida office.
