We are a Corporate Leasing and Real Estate company looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to handle our outdoor property operations. This is a 100% operational role with NO sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visiting commercial and residential sites across Noida for property verification.
• Putting up "To-Let" or marketing boards at property sites.
• Meeting property owners or caretakers to collect keys or property information.
• Taking high-quality photos and videos of properties on a smartphone for listing purposes.
• Assisting senior leasing managers with site visits and keys coordination.
Requirements:
• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) with a valid Driving Licence.
• Tools: Must have an Android smartphone and basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and Google Maps.
• Skills: Good geographical knowledge of Noida sectors and routes. Trustworthy and punctual.
