1. Customer Engagement:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce credit card products offered by the company.

• Contact existing customers to discuss new credit card offers, benefits, rewards, and promotions.

2. Information Provision:

• Provide comprehensive information about various credit card products, including features, fees, interest rates, rewards programs, and eligibility criteria.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding credit card application procedures, required documentation, credit limits, and billing inquiries.
