Job Description
- Key DeliverablesConduct regular field visits within the assigned territory to identify and engage potential customers.
- Perform building scanning to identify new business opportunities and approach companies operating within those buildings.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, and outbound activities.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand business requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into new business opportunities and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote Hirevoo Job Portal and Hirevoo Placement Services by approaching EdTech companies and companies seeking staffing services, explaining the platform and placement support services, and generating opportunities for candidates seeking employment and placement assistance.
Note: Candidate should have there own 2 wheeler
