पर्सनल हाइजीन: काम शुरू करने से पहले साफ़ यूनिफ़ॉर्म, हेयरनेट, मास्क और सेफ़्टी शूज़ पहनें।

मशीन इंस्पेक्शन: ऑपरेशन से पहले आटा चक्की, मोटर, बेल्ट, गार्ड और इलेक्ट्रिकल कनेक्शन चेक करें।

सफ़ाई: पक्का करें कि मशीन, हॉपर और आस-पास की जगह साफ़ और कंटैमिनेशन से फ़्री हो।

रॉ मटीरियल चेक: फ़ीड करने से पहले गेहूं या दूसरे रॉ मटीरियल की क्वालिटी चेक करें।

बाहरी मटीरियल चेक: मिलिंग से पहले पत्थर, मेटल के टुकड़े, धूल और दूसरे फालतू मटीरियल हटा दें।

मशीन स्टार्ट-अप: अप्रूव्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर के हिसाब से मशीन स्टार्ट करें।

फ़ीडिंग: रिकमेंडेड रेट पर रॉ मटीरियल फ़ीड करें। हॉपर को ओवरलोड न करें।

ग्राइंडिंग कंट्रोल: प्रोडक्शन की ज़रूरतों के हिसाब से ज़रूरी ग्राइंडिंग सेटिंग और आटे की फ़ाइननेस बनाए रखें।

क्वालिटी चेक: रेगुलर इंटरवल पर आटे का टेक्सचर, रंग, फ़ाइननेस और कंटैमिनेशन चेक करें।

मेटल डिटेक्शन: जहाँ भी लागू हो, अप्रूव्ड मेटल डिटेक्शन या सीविंग प्रोसीजर को फ़ॉलो करें।

एबनॉर्मल नॉइज़: अगर एबनॉर्मल नॉइज़, वाइब्रेशन, ओवरहीटिंग या धुआं हो तो मशीन को तुरंत बंद कर दें।

सेफ्टी गार्ड: ऑपरेशन के दौरान मशीन गार्ड को कभी न हटाएं या बायपास न करें।

ऑपरेशन के दौरान सफाई: चलती मशीनरी के अंदर कभी भी हाथ या टूल न डालें। सफाई करने या रुकावटें हटाने से पहले मशीन को रोकें और अलग करें।

प्रोडक्शन रिकॉर्ड: प्रोडक्शन रजिस्टर में कच्चे माल की खपत, प्रोडक्शन की मात्रा, रिजेक्शन और डाउनटाइम रिकॉर्ड करें।

गिरने पर कंट्रोल: गिरा हुआ आटा तुरंत साफ करने के मंज़ूर तरीके से इकट्ठा करें।

पेस्ट कंट्रोल: मिलिंग एरिया को कीड़ों, चूहों और दूसरे कंटैमिनेशन के खतरों से दूर रखें।

शटडाउन: प्रोडक्शन के बाद मशीन को बंद कर दें और बताए गए शटडाउन प्रोसेस को फॉलो करें।

वेस्ट डिस्पोज़ल: रिजेक्ट किए गए सामान को कंपनी के प्रोसीजर के हिसाब से डिस्पोज़ करें।

शिफ्ट के आखिर में सफाई: मशीन और आस-पास की जगह को मंज़ूर सफाई SOP के हिसाब से साफ करें।

रिपोर्टिंग: मशीन में खराबी, क्वालिटी की दिक्कतों और सेफ्टी खतरों की रिपोर्ट तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को दें।

ज़रूरी सेफ्टी नोट: मेंटेनेंस, मशीन के अंदर सफाई करने या रुकावट दूर करने से पहले, सभी एनर्जी सोर्स को बंद करके अलग कर दें, जहाँ ज़रूरी हो वहाँ लॉकआउट/टैगआउट लगा दें, और पक्का कर लें कि मशीन अचानक स्टार्ट न हो जाए।

1. Personal Hygiene: Wear a clean uniform, hairnet, mask, and safety shoes before starting work.
2. Machine Inspection: Check the flour mill, motor, belts, guards, and electrical connections before operation.
3. Cleanliness: Ensure the machine, hopper, and surrounding area are clean and free from contamination.
4. Raw Material Check: Verify the quality of wheat or other raw materials before feeding.
5. Foreign Material Check: Remove stones, metal pieces, dust, and other unwanted materials before milling.
6. Machine Start-Up: Start the machine according to the approved operating procedure.
7. Feeding: Feed raw material at the recommended rate. Do not overload the hopper.
8. Grinding Control: Maintain the required grinding settings and flour fineness as per production requirements.
9. Quality Check: Check flour texture, colour, fineness, and contamination at regular intervals.
10. Metal Detection: Follow the approved metal detection or sieving procedure, wherever applicable.
11. Abnormal Noise: Stop the machine immediately if unusual noise, vibration, overheating, or smoke occurs.
12. Safety Guards: Never remove or bypass machine guards during operation.
13. Cleaning During Operation: Never put hands or tools inside moving machinery. Stop and isolate the machine before cleaning or removing blockages.
14. Production Record: Record raw material consumption, production quantity, rejection, and downtime in the production register.
15. Spillage Control: Collect spilled flour promptly using the approved cleaning method.
16. Pest Control: Keep the milling area free from insects, rodents, and other contamination risks.
17. Shutdown: Switch off the machine after production and follow the prescribed shutdown procedure.
18. Waste Disposal: Dispose of rejected material according to company procedures.
19. End-of-Shift Cleaning: Clean the machine and surrounding area according to the approved cleaning SOP.
20. Reporting: Report machine defects, quality issues, and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Important Safety Note: Before maintenance, cleaning inside the machine, or clearing a blockage, switch off and isolate all energy sources, apply lockout/tagout where required, and verify that the machine cannot start unexpectedly.
