Gym Trainer

ob Summary: We are looking for a professional and experienced Female Gym Trainer to provide fitness training and guidance to residents of a high-rise residential society. The trainer will be responsible for conducting workout sessions, ensuring proper exercise techniques, and maintaining a safe and professional gym environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct personal and group fitness training sessions for residents.
• Guide members on proper exercise techniques, workout routines, and equipment usage.
• Prepare fitness plans based on individual fitness goals and requirements.
• Monitor members’ workout progress and provide regular guidance.
• Ensure proper use and basic upkeep of gym equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the gym.
• Assist members with warm-up, stretching, strength, cardio, and general fitness exercises.
• Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with residents.
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or incidents to the concerned management.
• Maintain attendance and training session records as required.
• Candidate Requirements
• Female candidate with relevant experience as a Gym/Fitness Trainer.
• Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Training, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of gym equipment, strength training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, disciplined, punctual, and professional.
• Experience in a residential society, clubhouse, hotel, or premium gym will be an advantage.

• Flexible to conduct sessions according to residents’ requirements.
