Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, hiring, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Manage employee records and HR documentation.

- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.

- Maintain HR data, trackers, and MIS reports.

- Prepare and manage Excel sheets and reports.

- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.

- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

Requirements

- MBA in HR or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of HR/recruitment experience.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

- Ability to multitask and work independently.

- Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
