Job Description
- Recruitment & Selection: Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct initial HR screening, and follow up with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, collect required documents, prepare offer letters and appointment letters, and ensure timely completion of joining procedures.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, breaks, leaves, and absenteeism. Maintain accurate attendance records.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, update HR records, manage employment documents, and track pending documentation and signed letters.
- Payroll Coordination: Prepare attendance and leave reports, assist with monthly salary processing, and coordinate with the payroll team regarding salary-related information.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee communication, birthday celebrations, festival activities, and other engagement initiatives.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Communicate company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure employees follow HR procedures.
