We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Career Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them on suitable programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
• Provide counselling and recommend suitable career-oriented programs.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, payment options, placement support, and other program details.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
• RequirementsGraduation in any stream.
