Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Generate and qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Explain products/services and communicate their benefits effectively.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations/support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Prepare regular sales and lead-conversion reports.
• Requirements0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
